From Lock Shop to Security Systems Partner

One Fermeture started in 2011 as a small hardware counter in Delhi, supplying cylinder locks and hinges to local contractors. Over the years, we moved from selling individual parts to engineering complete access control packages for residential towers and commercial buildings. 2011 - First Counter, First Catalog

We opened with a single shelf of euro profile cylinders and padlocks. The first catalog was a printed A4 sheet with twelve items and hand-written prices. Contractors in the neighborhood asked for door closers and panic bars, so we added those within the first year.

2014 - Compliance Testing Begins

After a client reported a failed fire-rated door latch, we started testing every panic bar and emergency exit device against local fire safety norms before listing it. That decision cut returns by a third and became the basis of our specification sheets.

2017 - Smart Access Control Line

We introduced keypad entry systems and magnetic locks for office buildings. The first installations were in two co-working spaces in Delhi, where we learned how to match access control hardware to existing door frames and power supplies.
