Scope Notes and Conditions

This section clarifies how we define product compatibility, installation expectations, and warranty terms. Read these notes before ordering so there are no surprises about what is covered and what falls outside our responsibility.

Onboarding sequence

From spec sheet to installed hardware

A step-by-step walkthrough of how we scope, supply, and support your door hardware order, including the practical limits you should know before you start.

Step 01 — Intake

Send us your door specs and security requirements. We check frame thickness, backset, and existing cutouts to confirm which locks, hinges, or closers will fit without modification.

Step 02 — Quotation

Within two working days you receive a line-item quote with part numbers, compliance notes, and lead times. No vague bundles, no hidden surcharges for standard finishes.

Step 03 — Order confirmation

Once you approve the quote, we lock in the batch, assign a project reference, and send a confirmation with the expected dispatch date and shipping method.

Step 04 — Delivery & inspection

Goods arrive with a packing list and a condition check sheet. You have 48 hours to report any transit damage or mismatch against the order before installation.

Step 05 — Installation support

Every order includes a technical datasheet with torque settings, wiring diagrams for electronic locks, and a phone line for installation questions. No charge for the first call.

Step 06 — Post-install review

After fitting, we ask for a short feedback form covering fit accuracy, ease of use, and any gaps in the documentation. This feeds directly into our product notes.

How Onboarding Works

From the first inquiry to installed hardware, we follow a clear sequence so you know what happens next and what we need from you at each step. No surprises, no guesswork.

Step 01

Send your door specs

Share your door type, frame material, and current hardware. A photo or rough sketch helps us match the right lock or closer.

Step 02

Receive a shortlist

We compare your requirements against our catalog and send a shortlist of compatible products with spec sheets and fit notes.

Step 03

Confirm the order

You pick the items, confirm quantities, and we prepare the order with the correct cylinder lengths, strike plates, and mounting kits.

Step 04

Delivery and handover

Hardware ships with installation guides and torque settings. For commercial projects, we can schedule a site visit for fitting support.

Step 05

Post-install check

We follow up to confirm everything operates correctly and answer questions about maintenance, spare parts, or future upgrades.

Step 06

Ongoing support

Replacement keys, additional cylinders, or access control expansions are handled through the same channel. See our capabilities for what we cover.
